    • What Exactly is a Clay Cake?
A clay cake is a decorative item made using a resin clay, that is both lighter and stronger than clay and paper-based clays. Real decoration cakes are photogenic interior pieces that have become a staple of party settings, but their crafting and preservation can be both costly and a hassle. On the other hand, a clay cake can be made easily by anybody, and doesn’t need to be preserved!
In this class, you will be using a soft resin clay to make cute, small cupcakes. The ease of manipulating clay, and the satisfaction of your cake slowly taking shape might have you hooked!
    • The Clay Crafts Begin! Make your Cupcakes
After some instructions, it’s time to start making the clay cakes! Take the clay in your hand, and feel its softness. The feeling as it almost melts in your palm is like nothing else!
Unlike a real cake, a clay cake gives you full creative control without having to be an expert patissier. Squeeze the clay on like it’s whipped cream, or make flowers and ribbons with it. Everything is up to you with a clay cake!
    • Your Clay Cake is Complete! End of the Crafts Class
Once you let the clay dry and settle, your clay cake is complete! The cake looks so real that it almost seems edible! Clay cakes can also be kept forever as a lasting memorabilia. Even after the special day that they were made for, they’ll be great interior pieces to brighten up your everyday life!
