Each house has their own unique traditional Japanese-style garden. Walking through the gardens will have you feeling as if you went back in time to feudal Japan. Throughout the year, the Chiran Samurai Residence hosts unique events such as the Furusato (hometown) Festival, Rice Paddy Art and more.
