Osado Skyline

Starting from Sado Kinzan in Sado Isalnd, Niigata, Osado Skyline runs through the ridge of the Osado Mountains. Connecting Kanai and Aikawa, it is an approximately 30 km long road with an extensive view. The highest point is at an altitude of over 900 meters above sea level, overlooking the entire Sado Island including Mano Bay, Ryotsu Bay, the Kosado Mountains and Kuninaka Plain. On the way, there remains a forest that is almost primeval, where you can enjoy the nature's expressions that vary from season to season.
In the vicinity of an altitude of 850 meters above sea level, Osado Skyline has an observation deck, a shop, and an exchange center, "Hakuundai" with a dining room. At night, you can enjoy the night view and starry sky of Sado City from the observation deck. At the store, you can purchase Sado specialties, and the dining room offers dishes with food from Sado.
