At the Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, you can learn about the history of the Usui Pass Railway Line through exhibitions and hands-on interactive displays. The railway was a significant route of transportation connecting Gunma and Nagano from the late 1800s until the late 1900s, until the rise of the shinkansen bullet train.
