Onioshidashi Park rocks

Onioshidashi Park

Onioshidashi Park in Gunma prefecture lies on the foot of Mount Asama. The park’s sea of rocks was created as a result of an eruption in 1783. The rocky area measures 6.8㎢ and is an extraordinary, strange sight. Also in the park, there are over 100 species of alpine plants. Some, like the goblin gold moss, are extremely rare.
