The Asama Volcano Museum locates on the foot of Mount Asama, one of Japan’s most active volcanoes. At the museum, you can learn about the history of the volcano and what it’s like inside of it. There are also videos and photos of past eruptions, and even an exhibition of a bell that was damaged by an eruption. At the restaurant inside the museum, you can try out a series of preserved emergency foods, such as curry and pasta.
