Tsuchiura All Japan Fireworks Competition gathers Japan’s most skilled fireworks technicians to create a beautiful summer night you’ll never forget. The event began in 1925 for fireworks technicians to test their skills. You can also catch the “Tsuchiura hanabi-zukushi”, where over 2,000 fireworks are lit up on a span of 500 meters.
