The Chikyu no Marukumieru Oka Observatory Pavilion locates 90 meters above sea level, and from here you can see as far as Mount Tsukuba and Kujukuri Beach. It sits on the peak of Mount Atago, the highest mountain in the northeastern Chiba region. Visit right before dark to see the sun slowly set into the horizon.
