Teenu Beach

Teenu Beach is located on Kouri Island in Kunigamigun Nakijinson, northern Okinawa prefecture. This beach area is famous not only for its beautiful, clear ocean waters, but also as a holy land for lovers.
The most notable item on the beach is the "Heartstone". This rock has been weathered down over the years to eventually take on the shape of a heart. It is said that couples who visit this stone will be blessed with happiness. We recommend visiting around sunset - watching the sun sink below the sea will be a highlight of your trip.
Teanu Beach has a parking lot for easy access - be careful on your trip as there are many hills and rocky roads on the walk from the parking lot to the beach.
