Angel Road

Angel Road is located off of the coast of Shodoshima, an island of Kagawa prefecture.
The sand road makes an appearance twice a day when the tides are low. It is said that walking across it while holding hands with your lover will grant you both a wish. The sight at Angel Road is beautiful throughout the day, since the waters are clear and clean enough to act as a mirror to reflect the sky.
Nearby Angel Road, there are hotels with great views of the road and the sea. As for local cuisine, you can have sanuki udon, a Kagawa prefecture specialty noodle dish.
