Nasu Heisei no Mori

"Nasu Heisei no Mori" is located inside the Nikko National Park of Nasu town, in northeastern Tochigi prefecture.
The park is divided in to two areas, the "Fureai no Mori" and the "Manabi no Mori", which includes natural parks, promenades, and field centers.
At the "Fureai no Mori", you can freely stroll through the forest and feel the nature on maintained roads, where even people in wheelchairs can also move around without stress.
In contrary, entering the "Manabi no Mori" is limited to people with guide reservations in advance, but is definitely a valuable experience, since a guide will walk you through the forest while providing you interesting knowledge about the surrounding nature.
Free programs without the need for reservations are also available at the "Nasu Heisei no Mori Field Center", so why not jump in to participate.
