Saki no Yu Hot Spring Resort

Saki no Yu Hot Spring Resort is located on the Nanki Shirahama coast in Wakayama. It is an outdoor style natural hot-spring bath with a long history from ancient times, even described in Nihon Shoki (Chronicles of Japan). Among the "7 Great Yuzaki Hot Springs" named in the chronicle, Saki no Yu is the only one that still exists. The spring is a sodium chloride spring, which is said to be effective for rheumatism, movement disorders, menopausal disorder, and female reproductive disorders.
