Entrance of Nagoya City Art Museum

Nagoya City Art Museum

The Nagoya City Art Museum opened in 1988 as a space for traditional Japanese arts and contemporary arts to coexist and thrive. On the second of every month, there is a special Gallery Talk even held at the permanent exhibit. You can listen to a specialist explain the artworks in the museum. During the summer months, the Kids Program is held. For some of the events in the Kids Program, prior registration is not necessary, so you can drop by with your family and join.
