B-speak is a popular Swiss roll (called “roll cake” in Japan) specialty store in the onsen town of Yufuin. Roll cake fanatics gather here from all over to try a taste of their famous cake, which can be sold out before noon. The sponge is unbelievably soft, and the whipped cream melts in your mouth as you eat the cake. The cake is not too sweet, and is sure to satisfy all taste buds.
