TAKAO 599 MUSEUM

Only five minutes from Takaosanguchi Station is the Takao 599 Museum, named after the mountain’s height of 599 meters. The museum opened in 2015, and introduces Mount Takao’s history, plants and animals. With a café and a lawn area, you can relax here after your tough climb. The museum is free of charge and open daily.
