Mount Moiwa Observatory Deck

Mount Moiwa Observatory Deck is located at a height of 531 m on Mt. Moiwa in Sapporo City, Hokkaido. The view was named in the "Top 3 Best Night Views in Japan" in the 2015 edition of the "Night View Summit in Kobe".
The number one feature of the observatory is the 360 degree panoramic view. You can see the city of Sapporo, with a population of about 19,000 people, spread out in front of your eyes. Also, you can see as far as the Ishikari Plains and the Ishikari Bay. The light that covers the city looks like jewels sparkling throughout the city.
In addition, there is a "Bell of Happiness" and a "Padlock of Love". If you and your significant other write your names on the lock, it is said that the couple will never break up.
