Night view from the Mt. Okurasan observatory deck

Mt. Okurasan Observatory Deck

The Mt. Okurasan Observatory Deck is located at the starting point of the ski deck, which was actually used during the 1972 Sapporo Winter Olympics. The lift ride takes about 5 minutes. Once you reach the top, you can see a wide view of the city of Sapporo with the Oodori Park in the center and airplanes soaring through the night sky. Enjoy the romantic night view. In addition, you can try out ski jumping in front of a huge screen at the Sapporo Olympic Museum. Don't forget to check out the original goods of Mt. Okursan at the "Crystal House".
