Manns Wine Komoro Winery

Manns Wine Komoro Winery locates at the foot of Mount Asama in the eastern area of Nagano prefecture. The winery is a subsidiary of the soy sauce maker Kikkoman. Here, you can tour the winery’s cellars, winery and more every day. Through the tour, you can learn about Komoro Winer’s very own “Rain Cut Cultivation Method”, which was invented specifically for Japan’s rainy climate. At the wine tasting area, you can choose from 30 to 40 different wines to taste from. One of the most popular choices is the Solaris series, which was even served at the 2017 Japan-US Summit Dinner. Inside the winery grounds, you can also find Bansui-en Gardens, a traditional-style Japanese garden measuring around 10,000㎡.
