Mt Hakodate
The 334 meter tall Mt Hakodate stands in Hakodate, on the southern tip of Hokkaido. The observation deck atop of the mountain offers sweeping views of the city. The best time to visit is after dark, when the streets of Hakodate glitters against the backdrop of the dark oceans surrounding the city on two sides. Mt Hakodate is even said to be one of the world’s three best night view spots. The restaurant at the peak offers affordable lunches and full-course dinners featuring Hokkaido ingredients such as beef and seafood.
Enjoy the beautiful view as you savor delicious food.
