Naruko-kyo Gorge

Naruko-kyo Gorge locates in Miyagi prefecture’s city of Osaki. The gorge is a continuum of 100-meter cliffs that range on for a few kilometers.
Autumn is a popular season at Naruko-kyo Gorge. People visit to see the fall foliage and to breathe in the fresh autumn air. You can walk by the Ohtani River and enjoy the fall leaves as you stroll.
Nearby the gorge, there are some hot springs facilities. Naruko Onsen hot springs town locates right by the gorge. In the winter, you can head over to the skiing facilities that area also located near Naruko-kyo.
