Marugoto Nippon opened in Asakusa in 2015 as shopping area where you can purchase goods from all over Japan without having to leave Tokyo. Around 4 million visitors stop by Marugoto Nippon annually to see what local goods are available.
Most of the shops are run by the producers of the goods, so you can hear them speak about their hometowns and their local goods. The shops feature a variety of goods from foods, accessories, lacquer ware and more.
Right by Marugoto Nippon is the Tokyo Skytree. You can drop by Tokyo Skytree before or after shopping at Marugoto Nippon.
