The bar is in a very old-looking wooden building, but it was opened in 2010. The owner is from Kyushu, and he makes delicious Kyushu cuisine and oden. The bar has many original dishes, like ”Dried mullet roe radish” made with Nagasaki’s famous dried mullet roe, and ”Chicken wing gyoza”, which is made by stuffing chicken wings with gyoza filling. They all go perfectly with Kyushu shochu. They also offer handmade gyoza lunches from Monday to Thursday on weekdays, but at the time this article was written (September 2019), they were not offering lunches due to the owner’s bad health.
