Taiyaki Furusato

"Taiyaki Furusato" is located on Nawate Shopping Street, Ote of Matsumoto city in Nagano Pref. They make the fastidious "Taiyaki"(a fish‐shaped pancake filled with bean jam) by the traditional "Ippon-yaki" method to make each Taiyaki within a single mold.
Their Taiyaki is fully filled with home-made bean jam, and is not-too-sweet which makes the treat irresistable. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside - tourists always love it!
The stuffing vary from sweetness(bean jam, custard cream, chocolate) to unique ones such as sausage. How about your favorite?
