Sanriku Fukko Park

Sanriku Fukko National Park spans across the coastlines of three prefectures: Aomori, Iwate and Miyagi. The entire park measures over 70,000 acres, and measures over 220 kilometers in length. The park was made to empower and contribute to the reconstruction of the Sanriku coast after the earthquake and tsunami in 2011. The coastline is vast and rocky, and the view of the Pacific Ocean is spectacular.
