Yokohama Bay Bridge

The Yokohama Bay Bridge is located in Yokohama City, Kanagawa prefecture and stands as a connector for the two areas: Honmokufutou and Daikokufutou. It is a cabled bridge with a height of 172m and a total length of 860m that holds a metropolitan expressway and Route 357. During the day, it looks like a simple bridge, however, when night time approaches, there is a sudden change. 264 lights light up the bright in a flood-like shape and forms a fantasy-filled night view. This show occurs for 10 minutes until midnight at every 20th minute and 50th minute of the hour. Along with being a great show, it is a great time keeper. At the observatory located in the "Seaport View Park", you can enjoy the spreading view of the city of Yokohama and the Yokohama Bay Bridge. Also, you can see the bridge from up close at the Daikokufutou Greenery.
