Tokiwa-jinja Shrine
Built in 1873, Tokiwa Jinja is a shrine that is relatively new in Japan. The shrine was constructed in honor of Tokugawa Mitsukuni, the second leader of the Tokugawa Mito clan. Located in the shrine premise isa Giretsukan, a museum dedicated to Tokugawa Mitsukuni. Though you must pay to enter Giretsukan, the shine has no entrance fee.
