Aoni Onsen locates in Kuroishi, Aomori, a city famous for its numerous hot springs. The hot springs facility was founded in 1929, and is a small, peaceful site in the middle of Aoni Valley. It is also known as Lamp Inn, and there are four baths for visitors to enjoy. With cherry blossoms, fall leaves and more, Aoni Onsen is enjoyable throughout the year. Winter is an especially beautiful time of year at Aoni Onsen, with little lamps lightening up the snowy landscape. In the nearby woods, you can find Josenji Temple. The temple is known for its irises that blossom in the early summer months.
