UENO3153 is a commerce facility, which is filled with a variety of restaurants and shops with the area's best cuisines. The five-story facility opened in 2012 in between the JR Ueno Station and the Keisei Ueno Station. After walking up a slight hill, make your way inside through the station and then up 4 floors. When you make it to the rooftop, you will get a direct view of the Saigou Takamori Statue. Also, you can observe the exotic plants that were imported directly from Kagoshima.
