Miyagase Dam can be found in Sagamihara, Kanagawa. It is one of the largest dams in the Kanto metropolitan area. The dam was created in 2001, on the Nakatsugawa River. Today, the dam serves as an important water source for Kanagawa prefecture. Between April and November, there is a daily 6-minute show held at Miyagase Dam. You can tour the Lake Miyagase Area on a sightseeing boat. From the dam, yo ucan get to Prefectural Aikawa Park by taking the Ai-chan road train (shuttle).
