One of Tokyo's Ten Main Shrines, Nezu-jinja Shrine, is said to be made 1900 years ago by Japanese legendary hero Yamato-takeru. Inside the shrine grounds are buildings standing from the Edo period, including the impressive torii path. April to May is a nice time to visit, as over 2,000 azaleas bloom during this season.
