Kamado-jigoku is the collective name for a cluster of "jigoku" (hell) hot springs spread out on six districts. There are different hot spring attractions throughout the different districts, such as the foot bath and drinkable hot spring in District 4 and a photo area in District 5. In particular, District 3 is unique since the hot spring took about 70 years to form, and the water is a beautiful cobalt blue. The color is a result of amorphous silica.
