Head to Sukayu Onsen after a day of trekking, hiking or just to relax! Sukayu Onsen locates on Mount Hakkoda, and the hot springs facility has history of over 300 years. Its most famous bath, Senjin-buro (千人風呂), literally translates to 1000 people’s bath, referring to its spacious 248㎡ size. Visit the Jigoku-numa (literally "Hell Swamp") right outside of the hotsprings for a post-bath view of a beautiful turquoise body of water.
