    Meiji Gaien Gingko Avenue Meiji Gaien Gingko Avenue can be found at Meiji-jingu Gaien Gardens in the Shinjuku Ward. On 300-meter street, 146 gingko trees are planted. The street is often used in movies and dramas, and is a must-see autumn sight in Tokyo. At the end of Gingko Avenue is the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery. The gallery is home to paintings that depict the life of Emperor Meiji. The sports facilities of Meiji-ingu Gaien are nearby as well. If the weather is looking nice, you can exercise before or after your walk through the gingko trees.
